Structure, Investment and Tradition

The growth path for Cajugram focuses on hard work and refinement in continuous evolution, seeking to generate sustainability, customer satisfaction and market recognition. The position of the company and of all of its associates is focused on commitment, ethics, behavior, innovation, profitability and active social and environmental responsibility.

Environment

For Cajugram, the environmental preservation is an obligation, and one of its sustainability goals. All industrial waste is treated in the press filter, and the water used in production is treated and recycled to the production process. The company also has its own landfill for residues (according to IEMA’s regulations), apart from planting areas at its quarries, and reforestation fields with more than fifty thousand trees. It has also implemented, in a partnership with the Ecologic Pastoral of Cachoeiro do Itapemirim, its “Recycling” project, which promotes recycling of several types of materials at a Residues Center setup within the company’s facilities.

Well-being and professional growth

In a continuous manner, staff members take part in health and safety projects, which consist in identifying and handling risk groups with the attention of doctors, nutritionists, dentists for employees and their families, and lectures and campaigns performed by CIPA (Internal Committee for Accidents Prevention). Also, Cajugram sponsors projects that encourage learning, sports, culture, leisure and spirituality.
